5. What do I need for online lessons?

You’ll need:

  • A stable internet connection.

  • A computer, tablet, or laptop with a camera and microphone.

  • Access to our online platform (we’ll provide details during registration).

 

6. Are online lessons safe?

Yes, we use secure platforms with password-protected sessions. We prioritise student safety and follow strict safeguarding guidelines.

Recording is not permitted unless agreed upon in advance by both Flex Education and the parent/guardian.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or through our online payment system. Full payment is required before lessons begin.

 

11. Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts for:

  • Block bookings (e.g., booking multiple sessions in advance).

  • Sibling discounts for families with more than one child enrolled.

12. How do you track student progress?
